Virtual Pongal celebration 2022, was an extraordinary day with our children exhibiting their talents. The entire program was in Tamil and was conducted by our students. Class II and III children gave a speech on the importance of Bhogi,Pongal,Maatu pongal and Kaanum pongal celebrations. Class IV,V.VI and VII children danced to the tunes of Tamilnadu’s folk songs. Traditional games of Tamilnadu were played by the students and it was an enriching experience to watch. The importance of the festival is showed through the process of planting seeds till harvesting through a presentation. All the other students were beautifully dressed up for the occasion and enjoyed the program thoroughly.
