The admission process at Annai Arul Public School is simple, systematic and structured. It is the summation of a detailed interaction between parents, the child and the school’s representatives. This process is planned to provide an insight into the philosophy, vision and the learning environment of our school that would be in turn appropriate for your child. This ensures that the child’s potential and learning interests are identified and maximized accordingly. It also gives the parents, an opportunity, to understand how our staff and children move along, interact with each other, our vision and mission, curriculum and other extra-curricular and co-scholastic activities. The formal admission process then begins by the submission of required documents and remitting the appropriate fees to confirm your child’s admission.
Our admission process is simple, systematic and structured.
Step 1 : Registration
For inquiry, the basic registration form needs to be filled online or in person.
Step 2 : School tour
Parents can have a discussion with the admissions coordinator. Parents will also be taken for a school tour to see the infrastructure and the facilities.
Step 3 : Procurement of Application Forms
To proceed further, the application form has to be personally obtained from the school office. Parents desirous of admitting more than one child must submit a separate application for each student. The application form must be submitted along with the supporting documents.
Essential documents include:
• Original Birth Certificate or a copy of the birth certificate
• Aadhaar proof of parents and student
• Community certificate of the student
• Transfer certificate from Class I
• Immunization or vaccination chart of the student
• Most updated report of the current academic year (if applicable)
• Relevant certificates regarding any medical concerns; and documents related to special learning needs (if applicable).
• Passport size – 5 photographs
• Stamp size – 2 photographs
The completed application form, along with relevant documents must be submitted within 7 working days of having procured it.
Step 4 : Personal interaction
On completion of the application form with the supporting documents, a personal and informal interaction will be scheduled with the child.
Step 5 : Enrollment
Candidates will be notified on their selection within a few days of their meeting with the school representatives. Complete the admission process by remitting the appropriate fees to confirm admission.
